1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Engagement govern the use of this website and the residential construction, alteration, and building advisory services provided by RESIDE PROJECTS LIMITED (Company No. 848246, NZBN: 9429038134890). By accessing this website or engaging our firm, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Scope of Advisory Services

Reside Projects Limited provides professional building consultancy, feasibility audits, renovation planning, and statutory consent guidance. All advisory services are conducted with professional diligence aligned with New Zealand construction standards (including NZS 3604).

3. Client Responsibilities

To enable accurate and effective advisory, the client agrees to:

Provide complete and accurate property records, title certificates, and existing condition disclosures.
Grant safe physical access to the subject property for scheduled site audits.
Promptly review and approve architectural specifications and council submission forms.

4. Intellectual Property

All original documentation, feasibility frameworks, cost models, structural guides, and website content remain the intellectual property of RESIDE PROJECTS LIMITED. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use project-specific deliverables solely for the property designated in the engagement agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, RESIDE PROJECTS LIMITED shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from council statutory processing delays, unforeseen subsoil ground anomalies, or latent concealed structural defects not identifiable during non-invasive inspection.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
