Delivery & Dossier Dispatch Policy

Information on how project feasibility studies, architectural plans, and physical binders are delivered.

1. Nature of Our Deliverables

RESIDE PROJECTS LIMITED specializes in residential construction advisory, architectural planning, and building compliance. Our primary deliverables are professional reports, engineered documentation, council consent packages, and site feasibility dossiers.

2. Digital Delivery (Standard)

All digital feasibility reports, CAD/PDF drawings, schedule of quantities, and council documentation packages are transmitted electronically via secure cloud link or direct encrypted email within 24 to 48 hours of completion and director sign-off.

3. Physical Architectural Dossiers (On Request)

Where physical hard-copy presentation binders or full-scale architectural plan sets (A1/A0 prints) are commissioned:

  • Bay of Plenty Region: Hand-delivered during scheduled on-site consultations or available for pickup at our registered office (82 Princess Road, Bellevue, Tauranga, 3110, New Zealand).
  • Nationwide New Zealand: Dispatched via tracked NZ Post Signature Courier (standard delivery 1-3 business days).

4. Dispatch Confirmation & Tracking

Upon dispatch of physical materials, clients receive a formal email containing tracking details and an electronic backup copy of all enclosed documents.
