Advisory Review & Returns Policy

Commitment to quality, report revisions, and engagement resolution under New Zealand law.

1. Professional Standard Guarantee

RESIDE PROJECTS LIMITED (Est. 1997) is committed to providing authoritative, high-precision residential advisory services. If any technical deliverable does not satisfy the agreed scope of engagement, our directors will promptly review and revise the documentation at no additional cost.

2. Consultation Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • On-Site Consultations: May be rescheduled or cancelled without penalty with at least 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment.
  • Feasibility Audits: If cancelled prior to the commencement of council property file investigation, a full refund of any prepaid retainer is processed within 3 business days.

3. Report Revisions and Queries

Clients are provided a 14-day review period following the delivery of any feasibility study or architectural scope dossier to request clarifications, layout refinements, or supplementary material specifications.

4. Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

Nothing in this policy limits or modifies your statutory rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

5. Dispute Resolution
